Imam Rapes 5 Year Old After He Doubted Her Virginity

A Saudi Arabian TV preacher, Sheikh Fayhan al-Ghamdi, violated, tortured and killed his 5 year old daughter. His punishment? 13 months in prison and a small fine.

And why would a father ever do this to child?

Al-Ghamdi suspected his five-year-old daughter had brought shame upon the family by somehow losing her virginity. And in a horribly twisted interpretation of Sharia Law, al-Ghamdi used a cane and electric cables to do unspeakable things to his own child. A hospital social worker said the child had been violated “everywhere.”

The tiny girl suffered a broken back, crushed skull, numerous burns throughout the body, a broken left arm and multiple broken ribs. Even one of her fingernails had been torn off.

It’s heartbreaking to think that the little girl actually held on for 10 days before finally passing away. I can’t imagine the pain she felt during that time.

Saudi Arabia, which is under Sharia Law, allows thieves to have their hands severed and adulterers to be executed. In this case, they only sentenced al-Ghamdi to 13 months in jail.

Apparently to them, it was somewhat justified if it was true she had lost her virginity.

This murderer was not only released from prison, but he was officially cleared of the rape and murder convictions against his daughter. He currently walks as a free man.
