How To Tackle Excessive Underarm Sweating

Sweating is normal, but when it becomes an embarrassing situation then something should be done about it. There are times we break out in sweats when we are under stress/pressure, that is situational sweating and its usually temporary but when wet circles are forming under your arms and spreading before you can even settle in at your desk at work then there something should be done to manage the situation.

1. Wear An Antiperspirant instead of deodorant sprays

Deodorants help to cover up odors, while antiperspirants contain ingredients designed to stop perspiration instead of masking sweat odours.

2. Wear Fabrics That Breathe

Opt for cotton, linen shirts they allow air pass through the skin and absorb moisture well where in contrast, nylon, cotton, polyester and more man made materials trap heat and make you sweat more.

3. Fortify Yourself

If tension, stress, meeting new people and so on makes you nervous and break into sweat, watch how you can deal with anxiety, if it requires you getting more air, breathing controllably and more, try out what works and work with that.

4. Reduce Stress

healthy lifestyle that includes exercise will help your body handle long-term stress, perform at its optimum level and keep underarm sweating under control

5. Change your diet

Some people find that certain foods and beverages make them perspire more profusely than usual or cause an unpleasant body odor. Drinks with caffeine, alcoholic beverages, garlic, onions and pepper are among the most common culprits, stay away from them as much as you can if you don't want to keep breaking out in sweats.

Drink lots of water to stay hydrated, this way the boy stays cool and you don't break out in sweat.

Alternatively try this home remedy; Before going to bed, cut a lime in half and rub it under your arms until the skin is coated in the juice, then let it dry. The citrus will work as a natural deodorant, and the acidic juice may help stop sweat.

Don't forget that if you suspect you are sweating way too normal, seek medical help.
