Doug, who is to be executed by lethal injection next week filing his application stating that he wanted to enjoy a maximum of 8 years old child as his last meal. He also stated the child must not be of Asian origin.
The Department of Corrections is obligated to accept all the demands of any kind. So it may be that they are buying a corpse in a morgue to satisfy the desires of Doug Stephener.
