So far Lady Gaga's ARTPOP release will feature collaborations from the rap world and now one from R&B, by way of R. Kelly. Gaga and Kellz put together respective musical genius for her latest single, "Do What You Want," released on Twitter at midnight Monday (Oct. 21).
A snippet of the assertive track produced by Gaga and Paul "DJ White Shadow" Blair first debuted on a Beats by Dre commercial and late Friday (Oct. 18) the pop superstar revealed the single cover showing only her butt in a thong.
Between the two, Kelly seems the furthest of his sonic comfort zone but nestles into a groove over the dance beat. Gaga calls out, "Do what you want, what you want with my body/Do what you want don't stop this party," before Kelly comes back to oblige her singing, "I could be the drink in your cup/I could be the green in your blunt/ Your pusha man, I got what you want."
Gaga has promised to drop new music every week leading up to ARTPOP's release on Nov. 11.
