It was constructed by the immediate past Gov. Sullivan Chime.
The project which costs N13.6 Bn, is designed to house all 13 ministries in one place. Departments and agencies and will have provision for the installation of modern day office equipment for workers.
There are 13 buildings in total which include 4 complexes. More photos below:
