#Keshi names 24-man squad for #Ghana friendly


Coach Stephen Keshi has named a 24-man squad mainly comprised of home-based players, to play Ghana in an international friendly on November 7.

The match is part of the activities to commission the new Akwa Ibom International Stadium in Uyo.

Mfon Udoh and Emem Eduok, the two leading marksmen in the Nigeria Premier League, make the cut alongside Gbolahan Salami, Rabiu Ali, Christian Pyagbara, Bright Esieme, Umar Zango, Solomon Kwambe and Azubuike Egwuekwe.

The invited players are expected to report at the Le Meridien Hotel in Uyo by November 3.
